Dr. Waters will be the keynote speaker for the Buncombe County Schools’ Top Scholar Banquet. The banquet recognizes top-ranked students across traditional and specialty high schools. This is an elegant tradition for Buncombe County Schools. Dr. Waters was invited to speak in part because he is an alumnus of T.C. Roberson High School.
